Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders - ₹500 and above
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500 across India.
Prepaid Orders - Below ₹500
A flat shipping fee applies for prepaid orders below the free shipping threshold.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pincodes. An additional handling charge may apply.
Bulk Orders (Above ₹2,000)

Shipping Policy
Coverage & Delivery Timelines
We ship across India through trusted logistics partners. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timelines:
Maharashtra
2 – 4 Business Days
Rest of India
4 – 7 Business Days
Remote / NE India
7 – 10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics delays beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by writing to us at orbisnax@gmail.com. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Address Changes
Address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing us at orbisnax@gmail.com. Once the order is handed over to the courier, address changes cannot be accommodated.

How to Raise a Complaint
Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at orbisnax@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer - please share your bank details when raising a complaint.
Please note: We do not accept returns on opened or consumed products unless there is a quality defect. Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
